About the Atlas

What is included

Isaiah 61 Ministries is the governing source. The Atlas is drawn from that published field work.

The work included covers the homepage, About, Founder, Publications, Frameworks, Ethics, Theology, Provenance, One Circle, foundational publications, major field frameworks, monographs, specialized field contributions, Emerging Field Work, category archives, and standalone field publications.

What is not included

The Atlas does not draw on the Raya Faith Survivor Sanctuary, autobiography, private testimony, or other personal archives.

The Written Sanctuary, Isaiah 61 Woman, and Isaiah 61 Living establish the larger survivor-authored ecosystem and where this work comes from. They are not treated as further sources unless a clearly identified cross-reference requires it.

The founder is not the subject being mapped. A life story is not used to fill a gap in the field.

Who it is for

This Atlas is for survivors, clinicians, clergy, advocates, researchers, and others who want to understand captivity more clearly.

The same map is available to everyone.

Professional knowledge is not placed above survivor knowledge, and field language is not kept behind professional doors.

Some readers may come looking for language for something they have lived.

Others may come because they want to offer safer care.

Both are welcome here.

Where the knowledge comes from

The Atlas is built from the published field work of Isaiah 61 Ministries, a survivor-authored body of work on captivity, coercion, care, spiritual authority, neurodivergence, agency, ethics, and restoration.

Every Atlas entry remains connected to the publications from which it was drawn, so you can move from a simple explanation into the fuller field work whenever you want to go deeper.

The Atlas does not create a new theory. It helps you navigate the knowledge that is already here.
